The Working Here section of any career site is a very important section and generally provides jobseekers with a “look behind the curtain.”  All Working Here sections are different, but most provide visitors with information about company culture, locations, benefits, and more.

The best Working Here sections provide an authentic look at the company culture through the eyes of actual employees.  This could include bringing in recent posts from social media, displaying pictures and video taken at the workplace, and engaging with potential jobseekers.
